Postage and packing:

- 8-10 working days
I usually get my orders out of the door within 6-8 working days and send them via Royal Mail (fully insured). During peak times it may take longer to work through orders so please bear with me. Please get in touch if you need something quicker and I will do my best to help.
Outside UK
I’m afraid that I don’t ship outside the UK at the moment. Looking forward to the day when international trade becomes easier.
Returns
Please get in touch with me on admin@clarestringer.com within 2 days of delivery to report any damage or breakages incurred in transit to you, or if you’d like to return something. I can then send you a return address if need be. In the case of damage, please include some photographs.
I’m afraid that I don’t offer free returns, and insured return postage must be covered by you. I’ll refund you for the item on safe receipt of the goods.
I don’t cover breakages that occur after the initial purchase and delivery time.
